Montgomery Flies to First Career All Star Win, Blair Takes Second Consecutive Title‏

Chillicothe, OH - October 30, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Championship
Racing Inc.

On a night that saw the largest car count (59) in the modern history of the
O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series, it was a former track champion and K-C
Raceway regular, Jason Montgomery, taking home the $5,000 prize after
passing Steve Casebolt for the lead on lap 32 in the 'Topless Trick or
Treat 50 presented by Budweiser' at K-C Raceway as the series closed their
second full season.

With it being the final event on the 2010 ASLMS schedule, Titusville, PA's
Robbie Blair used a tenth place finish in the 'Topless Trick or Treat 50
presented by Budweiser' to win his second consecutive ASLMS Championship
over South Park, PA's Jared Miley, who mathematically had a chance to
overtake Blair in the tour's final event, by 58 points. Gregg Satterlee of
Rochester Mills, PA finished third in the final standings overtaking Boom
Briggs of Bear Lake, PA after Briggs was absent from the series' final
event after being injured in an ATV accident earlier in the week. Greg
Oakes of Franklinville, NY was fifth while John Garvin Jr., was sixth as
well as the 2010 ASLMS Rookie of the Year presented by JNJ Motorsports
Media and Fleming Design Solutions. Matt Lux, Franklin, PA was seventh,
Darren Peters, Stevensville, ONT was eighth, Jared Hawkins, Fairmont, WV
was ninth, and Dave Hess Jr., of Waterford, PA was tenth.

Doug Drown and 'Hot' Rod Conley led the strong topless 24 car field to the
green with Conley jumping out to the early lead before an early lap two
caution for Greg Oliver and Matt Lux slowed the pace. Conley led the
'Delaware' style restart and held the lead until lap three when seventh
starting Steve Casebolt shot to the lead on lap seven. Casebolt began to
set a torrid pace around the fast 3/8 mile, Chillicothe, OH oval as third
starting Jason Montgomery began to reel in Conley for second.

While Casebolt continued to lead, all eyes were on the World of Outlaws
Late Model Series star Darrell Lanigan who was set to start in the fifth
spot but was regulated to the rear after a flat left rear tire during pace
laps. After starting the race on the tail and again pitting during the lap
two caution, Lanigan, driving the John Weber owned #10L Rocket, had made
his way up to the 15th spot by the eighth circuit and was picking cars off
at a rapid pace as the race continued. As Casebolt gained on lapped
traffic, UMP DirtCar Summernationals Champion Jason Feger moved into fourth
on lap 12 putting himself behind Montgomery and Conley who continued to
battle for second. Montgomery finally made his way around 'Hot Rod' on lap
17 while ASLMS point leader Robbie Blair found himself in the eighth slot
on lap 20 from his 17th starting position.

The second and final caution of the event came for Doug Drown on lap 21 who
had a flat left rear tire. When racing resumed it was still Casebolt at
the point with Montgomery a very close second while another WoOLMS standout
Steve Francis, sporting his brand new Barry Wright Chassis, battled with
Zack Dohm for the fifth spot. Francis made quick work of Dohm and set his
sights on Feger for fourth as Conley began to fade moving the hard charging
Lanigan into the top five on lap 26. While Lanigan continued his battle
back to the front Montgomery made his way under Casebolt for the lead. The
two battled side-by-side for a solid six laps before Montgomery nosed ahead
at the line on lap 32. When the two exited turn two, Casebolt slid up out
of the groove on the backstretch and onto the plateau off the back of the
backstretch losing valuable real estate to Montgomery.

The laps began to tick away quickly for Montgomery as he held the lead over
Casebolt, Feger, and Francis. Lanigan made his way around Francis for the
fourth spot before the field began to run single file around the bottom of
K-C Raceway. With less than three laps remaining, a blanket could have
covered the top five cars as the all ran nose-to-tail with Casebolt taking
on last ditch effort to get by Montgomery as the field entered turn one
after taking the white flag. Montgomery and Casebolt made contact in the
middle of turns one and two but Montgomery was able to fend off the valiant
effort by Casebolt to capture his first career ASLMS victory. Casebolt
came across the line in second followed by Feger, Lanigan, and Francis.
Rod Conley finished sixth with Dohm in seventh, Blair eighth, R.J. Conley
ninth, and Jeep Van Wormer rounding out the top ten finishers.

O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Set to Crown 2010 Champion at K-C Raceway

Pittsburgh, PA (October 14, 2010) - Jason Shank All Star Championship
Racing Inc.

The O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series will remove their roofs on
Saturday, October 30 as they visit Jeff Schrader's K-C Raceway in
Chillicothe, OH for the season ending 'Topless Trick-or-Treat 50 presented
by Budweiser'. The event will not only pay $5,000 to the winner but will
also crown the 2010 ASLMS Champion.

Defending Champion and current point leader Rob Blair of Titusville, PA
holds a 48 point edge over South Park, PA's Jared Miley heading into the
final event of the season as he looks to claim back-to-back ASLMS titles.
Mathematically, Miley still has a chance to capture his first ASLMS title
but Blair is fully prepared to defend his title.

'Last year, Robbie fell behind in the championship points battle early with
a 'DNF' in the series' opening event at Lernerville,' Series Director Jason
Shank said, 'he had to climb out of that hole and it took him all season to
make it up. This season, Rob came out and won the first event at
Lernerville and added three more wins (all at Central PA Speedway) to give
himself a solid lead going into the final event.'

Miley, used a string of four top three finish's in five races, including a
win at Wayne County Speedway in August, to catapult him into the second
spot in the championship standings. 'Jared has had a very strong season
with the All Stars,' Shank proclaimed, 'he hasnt finished any worse than
11th throughout the season and was very good during the month of August
when he had three top three finish's in a row. Theres no doubt in my mind
that both Blair and Miley will pull out all the stops at K-C as they battle
it out for the championship.'

Also being crowned at K-C will be the 2010 ASLMS Rookie of the Year
presented by JNJ Motorsports Media and Fleming Design Solutions. John
Garvin Jr. of Sarver, PA has the title wrapped up and has easily been the
most improved driver throughout the 2010 season. 'John came into this year
wanting to travel some more and gain some experience and exposure. We're
proud to have him represent the series as our first Rookie of the Year,'
Series President Guy Webb stated.

Drivers expected to be in attendance at K-C Raceway on the 30th include
ASLMS members such as Rob Blair, Boom Briggs, John Garvin, Jared Hawkins,
Matt Lux, Jared Miley, Greg Oakes, and Gregg Satterlee. Also anticipated
on being in action for the 'Topless Trick-or-Treat 50' include K-C regulars
and regional stars like Ben Adkins, Keith Berner, Eddie Carrier Jr., Steve
Casebolt, Delmas, Rod, and R.J. Conley, Tim and Zack Dohm, Doug Drown,
Jason Montgomery, Steve Shaver and Audie Swartz to name a few.

The pit gates for the $5,000 to-win 'Topless Trick-or-Treat 50' at K-C
Raceway will open at 1:00 p.m. with drivers meeting at 3:30 and hot laps
at 4:00 p.m., the Victory Signs Time Trials presented by Fleming Design
Solutions at approximately 4:30 p.m. as the Rocket Chassis Heat Races will
start around 5:00 p.m. Grandstand gates open at 2:00 p.m. with a Halloween
Costume contest featuring candy and prizes for kids 12 and under will be
held at 3:00 p.m.

Firecracker 100 Champion Shane Clanton Cruises to ‘Dual’ Win at Lernerville

Sarver, PA - September 3, 2010 - O-Reilly All Star Late Model Series
Director

Shane Clanton had always been fast at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA
but never had the luck or got the breaks needed to pick up a win at the
famed half-mile, until 2010. Shane made everything click back in June when
he took home $30,000 from the 4th Annual 'Firecracker 100' and continued
his 2010 success at 'The Action Track' with a $5,000 win in the O'Reilly
All Star Late Model Series sanctioned 'Dual in the Dirt', surprisingly,
using the same right front tire that glued him to the speedway in June.
'After 150 laps and $35,000, I think that tire has paid for itself,' joked
race winner Clanton.

Clanton and fellow World of Outlaws Late Model Series competitor Chub Frank
brought the field to the green flag with Clanton setting an early
blistering pace. The ultra-fast surface that took almost a half an inch of
rain a mere 2 hours before racing began, had action all over as 11th
starting and All Star Rookie of the Year contender John Garvin Jr. slid
into the sixth place on the second lap as Chub and Josh Richards ran second
and third behind the race leader.

While Clanton showed that he would clearly be the class of the field, 18th
starting Steve Francis powered his way into the top ten by the eighth
circuit while Gregg Satterlee fought with Clint Smith for the fifth spot.
The laps started clicking away as Clanton diced his way through lapped
traffic as Richards and Frank battled for second. Richards used momentum
out of turn two to gain on Frank on each and every lap, attempting slide
job after slide job in turn four with no success as Chub used his own
outside momentum to hold off the defending World of Outlaws Late Model
Series Champion.

Steve Francis continued to make his way to the front after climbing into
the top five with a pass of Clint Smith on lap 22 put him on the rear
bumper of All Star point leader Robbie Blair. Francis worked his way under
Blair for fourth on lap 23 and set his sights on Richards who was still
battling with Frank for second. Richards was finally able to make one of
his patented Lernerville slide jobs stick on lap 27 to move into the second
spot while Francis was steadily gaining on the duo. Francis's pass on
Frank on lap 28 was made fairly easy as Chub made contact with the lapped
car of Herman Bertolini coming out of turn four but was able to regroup
before fourth running Clint Smith was able to get by.

Clanton masterfully worked through lapped traffic to hold onto the lead
during the caution-free event, which at times was over seven seconds, and
bring home his second career All Star Late Model Series feature event.
Richards was second with Francis coming from his 18th starting position to
finish third followed by Chub Frank in fourth and Clint Smith in fifth.
Jared Miley was sixth as Gregg Satterlee came home seventh, Greg Oakes
eighth, Rob Blair ninth, and Doug Eck was tenth.

Steve Shaver Steals ASLMS 'Mark Balzano Memorial' With Last Lap Pass

Mineral Wells, WV – September 2, 2010 – Jason Shank – All Star Championship
Racing Inc.

Vienna, West Virginia's Steve Shave has been virtually unstoppable at the
BDS Promotions West Virginia Motor Speedway since it reopened back in May
of this year. Shaver continued his dominance during the O'Reilly All Star
Late Model Series sanctioned $5,000 to win, 'Mark Balzano Memorial' with a
last lap pass over World of Outlaws Late Model Series point leader Josh
Richards of Shinnston, WV.

Latrobe, PA's Davey Johnson and Ashland, KY's Steve Francis brought the
field to the green flag with Francis jumping out to the early lead.
Francis held the point early in the event while Johnson and eventual race
winner Steve Shaver battled throughout the early laps for the runner-up
spot but as Francis closed in on lapped traffic, the duo of Johnson and
Shave began to reel in the race leader. Johnson began to pressure Francis
for the race lead but a lap 12 caution for the slowed car of Doug Drown
thwarted that rally.

When racing resumed Francis led the field into turn one but as the field
exited turn two, Francis looked to have lost a motor and bottle the front
group of cars up while fast qualifier Kennie Compton shot to the outside
and drove around the top cars of Johnson, Shaver, Richards and Lux while
Johnson also got shuffled back. Three laps later Johnson came up lame in
turn two with a flat right rear tire to bring out the events second caution
on lap 15.

When racing resumed Compton continued to lead as Shaver and Richards
stalked the race leader through the middle stages of the event. By the
mid-way point Richards had made his move past the K & L Rumley Enterprises
owned car of Shaver and into the second spot while setting his sights on
the race leader. On lap 24 Richards poked his nose under the Bloomquist
Chassis driven by Compton but slipped coming out of turn four, losing all
of his momentum but was able to hold onto the second spot with Shaver all
over his rear deck-lid.

It wasn't long before Richards was back on the bumper of Compton and again
pressuring the leader for the top spot. On lap 30 Richards got a run on
Compton coming out of turn four and was scored the leader that lap as he
led by the nose of his Ernie Davis owned #25 Rocket Chassis. The two
battled side-by-side through turns one and two with Richards gaining the
momentum out of turn two to complete the pass. Shaver was also right there
waiting for his opportunity to get around Compton and on lap 34 he made the
pass for second and began to reel in Richards.

Richards had stretched his lead to about six to eight car lengths by the
36th circuit and caught lapped traffic on lap 37 which would end up helping
Shaver close in. As the two came to the white flag, Richards tried a slide
job style move on a lapped car which took a majority of his momentum and
opened the door for Shaver to slip underneath the defending World of
Outlaws Late Model Series Champion. Shaver would complete the pass in
turns one and two and go on to win his first ASLMS event of his career and
third at 'The Speedplant' since it’s reopening in May of 2010. Richards
was second followed by John Blankenship in third, Compton was fourth while
Matt Lux rounded out the top five. Rod Conley was sixth with Eddie Carrier
Jr. in seventh, Gregg Satterlee eighth, Jared Miley ninth and ASLMS point
leader Robbie Blair tenth.

Tim Fuller Sweeps OReilly All Star Late Models Canada Swing with Win at Brockville‏

Brockville, Ontario, Canada August 12, 2010 Jason Shank All Star Late
Model Championship Racing Inc.

World of Outlaws Late Model Series standout Tim Fuller of Watertown, NY
scored his second career OReilly All Star Late Model Series win and second
in as many nights as he led the final 24 laps of the BOB FM Boston Pizza
50 at Brockville Ontario Speedway to take home the $5,000 winners check
printed by Victory Signs and designed by Fleming Design Solutions.

Jared Miley of South Park, PA and Bear Lake, PAs Boom Briggs led the pack
to the green flag with Briggs gaining the early advantage off of the high
side. Miley stalked the race leader for the first seven laps until he
found the opening he was looking for and pounced opportunity to take the
lead. Miley charged under the race leader as the two exited turn two and
grabbed the lead from Briggs as Tim Fuller gained on the leaders from his
third spot. Fuller tailed Briggs until lap 12 and where he made his move
to take the second spot from Briggs.

After two back-to-back cautions on lap 13, Miley continued to lead as Gregg
Satterlee started to flex his muscle on lap 20 as he pulled alongside of
Rob Blair for the fourth spot. By lap 23 Satterlee had the #W11 of Blair
cleared and set his sights on Briggs for third. While Satterlee and Blair
raced for fourth, Fuller caught the race leader of Miley and put the
pressure on. Fuller had amazing traction coming out of turn two and was
able to take the lead on lap 26. The third and final caution slowed the
field on lap 27 just after Fuller had taken the lead.

When racing resumed it was Fuller in complete control as Satterlee
continued to hound Briggs for third. Satterlee looked under the Briggs
mount a few times as the two exited the corners but could never make it
stick so Gregg went to the outside in turns three and four and made the
pass to move into the third position. Satterlee then set his sights on
Jared Miley as Fuller put plenty of distance between him and the second
place car of Miley.

As the laps wound down, the lapped traffic became heavier and heavier for
the leaders. Miley and Satterlee were able to catch a glimpse of the race
leader on occasion but Fuller, who has plenty of laps in at the B.O.S.,
worked the traffic masterfully to maintain a solid lead. Satterlee was
eventually able to get under the #H1 of Miley for second as Fuller cruised
to his second win in as many days as Rob Blair came home fourth and Briggs
in fifth.

Max Blair was sixth followed by Greg Oakes in seventh, Gille Pegg in
eighth, Charlie Sandercock in ninth and Greg Belyea rounded out the top
ten.

Tim Fuller Cashes In with OReilly All Star Late Models at Autodrome Granby‏

Granby, Quebec, Canada August 11, 2010 Jason Shank All Star Late
Model Championship Racing Inc.

Former World of Outlaws Late Model Series Rookie of the Year and Mr.
DIRTcar, Tim Fuller of Watertown, NY enjoyed a few days off from the WoOLMS
with the O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series (ASLMS) and cashed in with his
first ever ASLMS victory at Autodrome Granby in Granby, Quebec, Canada.
Fuller held off a late charge from South Park, PAs Jared Miley to capture
the $5,000 prize.

Defending ASLMS Champion and current point leader Rob Blair of Titusville,
PA and Franklinville, NY's Greg Oakes led the field to the green flag with
Blair taking command early on the huge Granby half-mile. As the field
exited turn two, Miley found a fast line around the bottom and slid into
the third spot behind Blair and Fuller as second place starter Greg Oakes
fell back into the fifth slot.

Blair continued to lead as Fuller began to find his groove in the early
stages but by the fifth lap, Fuller was on the rear deck-lid of Blairs
Specialty Products sponsored Rocket Chassis. Fuller was able to hug the
corners slightly better than Blair and as the two came out of turn two
Fuller made his way under Blair for the lead. Behind the leaders it was
Thompson, PAs Dan Stone battling Miley for the third spot with Stone
capturing the spot on lap eight while Max Blair worked his way past Oakes
to enter the top five before Charlie Sandercock spun on lap 12 to bring out
the events first caution.

When racing resumed Fuller continued to lead as Max Blair catapulted into
the third spot right behind his dad, Rob, in second while Stone got
shuffled back to fifth. In an attempt to find a faster groove, Stone tried
the high side entering turn one and as he set the car in the corner, the
rear axle snapped digging the right side of his Stones Excavating
sponsored Rocket Chassis into the track surface and up into the air. The
car tumbled for three very hard rolls before coming to a rest on its
wheels. Dan was a little sore after the accident but was fine and in good
spirits as the team loaded his destroyed #21D into his hauler.

Racing resumed for another six laps with Fuller still command before a lap
23 caution for Fred Carleton who spun in turn four. When racing continued
Fuller still set the pace as Rob Blair began to reel in the leader. But as
Blair was gaining ground on Fuller, he hit the inside berm in the middle of
turns three and four breaking something on the left front of the car
sending him into the inside wall on the front stretch ending his night on
lap 31 and moving Miley into second and Max Blair third.

The event was slowed one more time on lap 48 as Carleton spun again in turn
four setting up a two lap dash to the finish. But Fuller wasnt going to
be denied his first career ASLMS victory holding off Miley to the checkered
flag. Miley second place finish moved him into second place in the 2010
Championship point standings as Max Blair came home third with Gregg
Satterlee in fourth and Boom Briggs in fifth from his 17th starting
position. Greg Oakes was sixth, Greg Belyea in seventh, eighth was Phil
Potts, ninth was Terry Hunt and Charlie Sandercock was scored in the tenth
position.

Jared Miley Dominates O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series 'Summer Sizzler' at Wayne County Speedway‏

Orrville, OH - August 2, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Late Model
Championship Racing Inc.

O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series mainstay Jared Miley of South Park, PA
has been so close to Rocket Chassis Victory Lane this season he could taste
it. Jared helped himself to a full serving of victory lane at Wayne County
Speedway with a 2.415 second win over Senoia, GA's Clint Smith to claim the
$4,000 to-win 'Summer Sizzler 40'.

Miley and Dave Hess Jr. led the talented 25 car field to the green flag
with Miley firing out to the early lead after an opening lap caution for
Ryan Markham, Shane McGloughlin, Eric Wells, and Jeremy Canada. While
Miley led, fourth starting Jason Flory made a move on the outside to get by
both Hess and Gregg Satterlee for the second spot. Flory now had his
sights set on the race leader as Satterlee and Hess battled for the third
position. Satterlee made his way around Hess for that third spot as Zack
Dohm started to apply pressure on Hess for the fourth spot. Dohm worked his
way around Hess for fourth on lap six as the All Star point leader Rob
Blair entered the top ten on lap 8 from his seventeenth starting position,
all while Flory was starting to pressure Miley for the lead. Miley held
strong as Corey Conley's mount came to a stop on the backstretch to bring
out a caution on lap 12.

After another quick caution on lap 13 for a tangle between Jeremy Canada
and Greg Oakes, Miley continued to lead while eighth starting Clint Smith
rode side-by-side with Hess for fifth. As Smith began to find his groove,
so did Satterlee as he got by Flory for the second spot on lap 14 while
Smith got by Dohm on lap 15 for fourth. Miley had set a very consistent
pace and stretched his lead out to almost a full straightaway over
Satterlee before the race was slowed on lap 18 for Wes Hutchinson. When
racing resumed Miley continued to lead while Smith made his way around
Flory for the third spot and right on the rear deck-lid of Satterlee while
Donnie Moran edged his way around Flory to capture fourth before the field
was slowed by two lap 22 cautions. The first was for Jim Rasey and the
second for a tangle between Eric Myers, John Garvin Jr., Greg Oakes, Corey
Conley, and Rasey.

When the green flag fell again it was still Miley setting the pace while
Smith was able to work his way past Satterlee for the second spot. With
the leaders being in the open, Miley and Smith were able to pull away from
the pack as Moran pressured Satterlee for third. Satterlee was able to
fend off the advances made by Moran to hold the third position as a lap 30
caution for Keith Berner's right front flat slowed the field for the final
time.

Miley brought the field down for the final restart and again pulled away
and went on to take his second career O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series
win. Smith was second followed by Satterlee, Moran, and Flory in fifth.
Defending All Star Champion Rob Blair came home sixth and was the events
Frankland Racing Supply Hard Charger as Hess was sixth, Dohm seventh, Russ
King ninth, and Devin Moran capturing his first career ASLMS top ten.

Big Diamond Postponed due to Weather‏
July 25, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing Inc.

Officials with the Big Diamond Raceway and O'Reilly All Star Late Model
Series have been forced to postpone the $5,000 to win 'Big Diamond All Star
50' because of a persistant rain throughout the Minersville, PA area and an
unfavorable evening forecast.

'We wanted to make an early decision because we knew we had drivers and
fans traveling long distances to attend the show,' Series Director Jason
Shank said. 'We'll work with track promoter Buddy Beaver to reschedule this
show, I'm sure we'll be able to work together to find a date that works for
everyone involved.'

Up next for the O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series is the $4,000 to win
'Summer Sizzler' on August 2 at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, OH.

'Mark Balzano Memorial' at West Virginia Motor Speedway Rescheduled!‏
Pittsburgh, PA (July 22, 2010) - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Officials at West Virginia Motor Speedway and with the O'Reilly All Star
Late Model Series have set Thursday, September 2 as the make-up date for
the $5,000 to-win, 40 lap 'Mark Balzano Memorial'.

Rain moved into the area on the originally scheduled May 16th 'Mark Balzano
Memorial' event after the Late Model preliminary races had been completed,
forcing the search for a suitable rescheduling date.

Kenny Compton broke Davey Johnson's previously held track record by
scorching the 5/8 mile high banks with a 19.085 time that evening, besting
a field that saw Josh Richards, Steve Francis, Steve Shaver and Tyler
Reddick win the preliminary events and setting the field for the $5000 to
win event.

'We wanted to get everyone who was qualified for the 'Mark Balzano
Memorial' back in May back for the rescheduled date,' Series Director Jason
Shank stated. 'With having our ASLMS drivers, and drivers from other series
locked into the event, it was tough finding a date to where everyone was
off to get them back to the 5/8 mile speedplant. BDS promotions did a great
job finding us an open spot so that we could finish what we started in
May.'

The 'Mark Balzano Memorial' Starting Lineup
Row 1 Davey Johnson Steve Francis
Row 2 Steve Shaver Josh Richards
Row 3 Tim McCreadie Zach Dohm

O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Set to Tackle Big Diamond Raceway!‏
Pittsburgh, PA (July 15, 2010) - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

The O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series will make their first trip to the

the All Stars on Sunday, July 25. This will be the series' first ASLMS

in Minersville, PA and the first visit for many of the ASLMS contingent.

'I've never raced there but from pictures I've seen and things that I've
heard, it's a pretty racy place,' quipped Bear Lake, PA's Boom Briggs. 'I
always enjoy going to different places and I'm anxious to see how we do at
Big Diamond.' Briggs has one win with the ASLMS in 2010 (Sharon Speedway)
and trails point leader Rob Blair of Titusville, PA by 62 points. Jared
Miley of South Park, PA sits third in points followed by the series' most
recent winner Gregg Satterlee (Mercer Raceway Park), Rochester Mills, PA
and Greg Oakes, Franklinville, PA, is fifth heading into the Big Diamond
event presented by Jack Rich Lubricants.

a $4,000 to-win 40-lap feature event.

Current ASLMS point leader Rob Blair of Titusville, PA will lead the ASLMS
contingent including Boom Briggs, John Garvin Jr., Jared Hawkins, Matt Lux,
Jared Miley, Greg Oakes, Gregg Satterlee, and Darren Peters into Big

Satterlee Soars to First Career O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Win at Mercer‏
Mercer, PA - July 10, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Gregg Satterlee is a rising star in the world of Dirt Late Model racing and
he continued to make a name for himself with a very convincing $4,000 win
over Boom Briggs and Rob Blair at Mercer Raceway Park's, O'Reilly All Star
Late Model Series sanctioned 'Steel Valley 40'. Gregg held off early
challenges from pole sitter Briggs and pulled away from the field to earn
his first career All Star victory.

Briggs and Satterlee paced the field at the start with Satterlee jumping
out to the early lead. Boom stayed right with the leader as Matt Lux,
Jared Miley, Jason Dupont, and Gregg Oakes all battled for the fourth
behind Rob Blair in third. The battle for fourth continued until a few lap
9 cautions slowed the pace. The first was for the spun car of Sarver, PA's
John Garvin Jr. The second was when Jared Miley slowed in turn two with a
flat tire. And the third was for the spun car of Greg Oakes, Jason Morell
and Rusty Cade. When racing resumed it was Briggs putting pressure on
Satterlee for the lead but another caution on lap 11 for Dan Swartzlander's
flat tire again slowed the pace.

On the restart Briggs again to pressure the race leader Satterlee, as Gregg
pounded the outside of the ultra-fast 3/8th mile Mercer Raceway Park. Boom
finessed the bottom while working his way under Satterlee for the lead.
While Briggs battled with Satterlee, the red hot Robbie Blair began reeling
in the race leaders. Blair was now right on the rear deck-lid of Briggs
as Satterlee started to put a little distance between him and Boom. Briggs
now had Blair to contend with as he searched for a faster line.

Briggs and Blair battled side-by-side for a handful of laps before the
fourth and fifth place cars of Dupont and Lux joined the duo of Briggs and
Blair in the battle for second. Satterlee continued to stretch his lead as
the race went on while Blair tried everything he could to get around the
#99B of Briggs with Dupont and Lux in tow.

The race stayed green the rest of the way as Satterlee went on to collect
his first career O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series win followed by Briggs
who held off everything Blair could throw at him. Blair was third followed
by Dupont in fourth and Lux in fifth. Finishing sixth was the events
Frankland Racing Supply Hard Charger John Garvin Jr., giving him his career
best ASLMS finish while Jared Miley was seventh, Greg Oakes eighth, Victory
Signs Time Trials presented by Fleming Design Solutions fast timer Garrett
Krummert was ninth while Brent Rhebergen rounded out the top-ten.

Red Hot Rob Blair Sizzles to O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series 'Yankee Doodle' Win‏
Clearfield, PA - July 3, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Another night at Central PA Speedway, another win for defending O'Reilly
All Star Late Model Series Champion and current point leader Rob Blair of
Titusville, PA in the $7,000 to-win 'Yankee Doodle 50'. Blair has competed
at the Clearfield, PA oval four times in 2010 and has taken home four of
the traditional, wood carved bear trophies provided by track owner Tim
Bainey. Blair worked his way masterfully through lapped traffic during a
long 38 lap green flag run to get by Ripley, NY's Mike Knight and check out
for the win, his fourth of the season with the ASLMS.

Knight and Seaford, DE's Ricky Elliott led the field to the green flag with
Knight setting a torrid pace around the half-mile. While Knight was
catching lapped traffic, a mere eight laps into the event, the battle for
the fourth position was intense as Greg Oakes, Jeremy Miller, and Jared
Miley all battled lap after lap behind Knight, Elliott and Blair.

The leaders continued the fast pace through lapped traffic as Blair began
closing in on the second place car of Elliott. Everyone in attendance
could see that Blair's Rocket Chassis was getting better as the long green
flag run got longer and by lap 17, Blair made his way around the Delaware
driver. Meanwhile, Miller and Miley were still racing hard for the fourth
spot. Miley was on the rear deck-lid of Elliott for third on lap 25 but
was unable to make a move as Miller found an opening to get by Miley to
regain the fourth spot.

Knight was still holding a commanding lead but Blair was reeling in the
leader as the laps wound down while Miley again made his way around Miller
for the fourth spot again and set his sights on Elliott. The trio made
their way out of lapped traffic for a few laps and Miley again found
himself on the back bumper of Elliott's Barry Wright Chassis. As Knight
made his way through the field, it took him longer to get around some cars,
opening the door for Blair to catch the leader. Eventually Blair was able
to catch the leader on lap 33 and put the pressure on. Knight was working
on Boom Briggs when Blair made his move for the lead. Blair's mount stuck
perfectly on the outside of the beautifully manicured Central PA Speedway
to capture the lead as they rounded turn four on lap 37.

Getting through lapped traffic was the name of the game on this night and
Knight, up to this point, was doing a fine job working his way through.
Knight went into turn three hard trying to get back under Blair for the
lead and Boom Briggs in turns three and four but made contact with the
inside berm sending him into the 99B of Briggs and spinning as they exited
turn four to bring out the first caution of the event and ending a stellar
run for the New York youngster.

After the caution it was all Blair as he pulled away from Elliott, Miley,
and Miller. Another quick caution on lap 46 only delayed the post-race
celebration for Blair as he went on to win his fourth ASLMS race of the
season and extend his point lead over Boom Briggs to 64 points. Miley
finished second with Miller third while Elliott faded to fourth followed by
Dave Hess Jr. in fifth. Matt Lux was sixth followed by Gregg Satterlee,
Boom Briggs, DJ Myers, and John Garvin Jr. who rounded out the top-ten.

Rob Blair Continues His Dominance at Central PA Speedway with $3,000 ASLMS Win‏
Clearfield, PA - July 2, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Titusville, PA's Rob Blair has been unbeatable at Tim Bainey's Central PA
Speedway in 2010 and he continued his winning ways at the Clearfield, PA
oval with a late race pass on Jared Miley for the lead to capture the
$3,000, 'Let Freedom Ring 25' payday.

Miley and Mike Knight led the field to the green flag with Miley taking
control while Knight, John Britsky, and Matt Lux would all battle for the
runner-up spot. Miley started to pull away as the three would continue to
battle for second until lap 9 when ASLMS regular Gregg Satterlee came up
lame in turn two to bring out the events first caution. The race was
slowed again for another lap 9 caution as Darren Peters lost the handle of
his Rocket Chassis in turn one.

Miley lead the Delaware Double File restart to the green before getting
bombarded with pressure from Britsky and Knight. Miley regained control of
the event while Lux became part of the battle again for second. Sixth
starting Boom Briggs began to show his muscle as he made his way into the
top-five with the ninth starting Blair in tow. Miley looked to be well in
control of the event while the rest of the top five could be covered with a
blanket. The third caution of the event slowed the pace on lap 15 and
front-runner's John Britsky shot to the pits with a flat left-rear tire and
Knight slowed to a stop in turn two under pace laps. Britsky was able to
rejoin the field as was Knight, who had a loose distributor cap, as Miley
took the green to restart the event.

Blair was on the move as he battled with defending 'Yankee Doodle 50'
champion D.J. Myers for third. Blair made his way past Myers on lap 16 for
third while Briggs put pressure on Myers for fourth before the yellow was
thrown again on lap 17. Miley again set the pace when racing resumed but
Blair was picking his way up to the leader while getting by Matt Lux for
second before two more cautions slowed the field on laps 19 and 22 setting
up a three lap dash to the finish.

Blair and Miley made contact as the two entered turn one during the restart
causing Miley to shoot up the race track and fall to 11th position as Blair
continued on to the victory. 'It just didnt seem like Jared would fire on
restarts,' Rob explained. 'It looked like he was hitting a slick spot in
turn four where we were starting and whoever was behind him had a bit more
traction. My car took off on restarts and on that last one, I was able to
get underneath him going into one.' D.J. Myers finished second followed by
Lux, 11th starting Tim Fedder, and Briggs who rounded out the top-five.
Greg Oakes was scored with a sixth place finish with John Garvin Jr.
seventh, Tim Smith Jr. eighth, Todd Snook in ninth, and Mike Knight tenth.

O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Invade Mercer Raceway Park for Richest Super Late Model Event in Track History!‏
Pittsburgh, PA (June 30, 2010) - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Anticipation is building around the O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series and
Mercer Raceway Park, Mercer, PA, as the richest super late model race in
the storied facility's history that is slated for Saturday, July 10 is just
over a week away. The $4,000 to-win 'Steel Valley 40' will highlight the
night at the Mercer County 3/8 mile as the ASLMS will make their first ever
visit to the Bill Altman owned raceway.

'This was an open date on our schedule and I'm looking forward to the Super
Late Models returning,' Mercer owner Bill Altman stated. 'Mercer provides
such great racing and has really developed a great list of signature
unsanctioned special race events. I decided to add one more to it and step
it up a notch with a higher-caliber event showing the All Star Late Models.
I hope the fans and racers support this so we can continue to add major
events such as this in the future.'

The place 'Where Saturday's Come Alive' will host a complete ASLMS program
including the Victory Signs Time Trials presented by Fleming Design
Solutions, Rocket Chassis Heat Races, Dirtfix.net B-Main's presented by
Stivason Photos, and a $4,000 to-win 40-lap feature event.

'Local and regional Late Model drivers have always supported Mercer Raceway
Park when they have held Late Model events, and so have the fans,' Series
Director Jason Shank said. 'MRP has always been one of the most fan
friendly facilities around and with the new ownership; that will be no
different.' Shank added, 'The track itself has been fast, smooth, and wide
all year and we expect the same when the All Stars roll into town. We're
extremely pleased and proud that Mr. Altman chose the All Stars to be the
first Late Model show at Mercer under the new ownership team.'

Current ASLMS point leader Rob Blair of Titusville, PA will lead the ASLMS
contingent including Boom Briggs, John Garvin Jr., Jared Hawkins, Matt Lux,
Jared Miley, Greg Oakes, Gregg Satterlee, and Darren Peters into Mercer
Raceway Park for the $4,000 to-win event along with some of eastern Ohio
and western PA's most talented drivers and race teams.

Mercer Raceway Park's pit gates will open at 3:30 p.m. for the $4,000
to-win 'Steel Valley 40' while the driver's meeting will be held at
approximately 6:15p.m. Hot laps are scheduled to begin around 6:30 p.m. and
the Victory Signs Time Trials presented by Fleming Design Solutions and
racing to follow. Ticket prices are as follows $18 Adult (advance) $20
(race day); $7 students 6-15; $38 Family; $35 Pits.

A reminder to all drivers that the ASLMS utilizes the Raceceiver one-way
radios at all ASLMS sanctioned events. It is highly recommended and
drivers are encouraged to purchase their own Raceceiver radio as many
tracks and sanctioning bodies are also utilizing the use of Raceceiver
one-way radios.

Port Royal Speedway Removed from O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Schedule‏
Pittsburgh, PA (June 28, 2010) - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

After much deliberation, O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series officials are
removing the July 24th date at Port Royal Speedway as the speedway has been
unable to fulfill their pre-race obligations to the series.

'On behalf of the series, sponsors, drivers, and race teams, I would like
to apologize to the fans that were looking forward to this event,' Series
Director Jason Shank said. 'We all know that the economy has its effects
on everything we do these days and the economy is one of the reason's we
have been forced to remove Port Royal Speedway from the schedule. We wish
Port Royal success for the remainder of the 2010 season and hope to build a
relationship with them in the future.' Shank continued, 'We are actively
searching for another event to fill in the July 24th slot on the schedule
to go with Big Diamond Raceway on July 25th.'

The ASLMS will continue on this upcoming weekend as 2009 Champion and
current point leader Rob Blair from Titusville, PA leads the tour into

drivers two full purses to race for,' stated ASLMS Director Jason Shank.
'This is a testament to the Bainey's and Central PA Speedway on how

provided us during the 'Grizzly', the 'Yankee Doodle' weekend should be one
heck of a treat for the fans, two nights in a row!'

Boom Briggs Holds Off Late Challenge for O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Win At Sharon Speedway!‏
Hartford, OH - June 8, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Boom Briggs of Bear Lake, PA held off the 2009 O'Reilly All Star Late Model
Series Champion and current 2010 point leader Rob Blair, Titusville, PA and
Bruceton Mills, WV hard charger Doug Horton to capture his first ASLMS win
of the 2010 season and fourth ASLMS win of his career at Sharon Speedway's
$4,000 to-win 'All Star 40'.

It all started with Briggs and Horton leading the star-studded 24 car field
to the green flag with Boom taking command early. Briggs set a torrid pace
around the 3/8th mile high banked Ohio oval with Horton basically strapped
to his rear deck-lid. Briggs was glued to the bottom of the speedway as
Horton was forced to maneuver around to find a lane to get along side of
Boom. Horton would show his nose on the outside a few times but couldn't
make a move stick.

The pace was slowed for the first time on lap ten as Stevensville, ONT's
Darren Peters would lose the handle of his mount to bring out the events
first caution. That caution was quickly followed by another caution on lap
11 as Jared Hawkins, Jim Rasey, Chris Hackett, Matt Lux, and Corey Ruffo
were all collected in turn two. As racing resumed Blair added himself into
the mix by challenging Horton for the second position. With the pressure
Horton had coming from Blair, it seemed that Doug was able to up the ante
and reel in race leader Briggs after a lap 16 caution. By Lap 21, Horton
was able to make his way around Boom to capture the lead.

Horton was never able to pull away from the pack though as Briggs and Blair
stayed right with the Bobby Lake Motorsports Warrior Chassis. After two
more quick cautions on laps 25 and 26, Briggs changed his line in turns
three and four and was able to pull alongside of Horton and around to
re-capture the lead on lap 33. The excitement wasn't over though as Horton
continued to mount a charge on the bottom while Blair worked the outside.
The three were almost three-wide at times battling for the lead with two
laps to go as Sarver, PA's John Garvin Jr., who earlier won his first ever
ASLMS Rocket Chassis Heat Race, came to a stop on the front stretch setting
up a two lap dash to the checkers.

Briggs was able to hold off Horton and Blair by .942 seconds for the $4,000
payday as Blair made his way around Horton for second. Dave Hess Jr. was
credited with fourth as Gregg Satterlee rounded out the top five. Zack
Dohm was sixth followed by Mike Knight in seventh, Keith Barbara eighth,
Greg Oakes ninth, and John Mollick tenth.

Pittsburgh, PA (June 3, 2010) - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

The weather is turning hot and so is the action as the O'Reilly All Star

their first ever visit to the Hartford, OH oval. 2009 Champion and current
series point leader Rob Blair, Titusville, PA continues to scorch his

Jared Miley, and 36 points over Boom Briggs after Blair's win at Central PA
Speedway over Memorial Day Weekend. Fairmont, WVs Jared Hawkins follows
in fourth while Gregg Satterlee rounds out the top five.

'The Late Models always seem to put on a great show at Sharon Speedway,'
Series Director Jason Shank said. 'Ive always been a fan of the Late
Models there and with the field that we expect next Tuesday, it should be
no different. Add in Dave Blaney, Ken Schrader, and Kenny Wallace all
there driving Tri-State Modifieds, it should be a real treat for the fans!'

Blair Hoists 'Grizzly' in O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Action at Central PA Speedway‏
Clearfield, PA - May 30, 2010 - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Titusville, PA's Rob Blair has always wanted to lift the traditional fifty
plus pound, wood carved 'Big Bear' trophy that greets race winners at Tim
Bainey's Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA. On Sunday night, Blair
added the 'Big Bear' trophy to his continuously growing trophy case after
dominating the 2010 O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series sanctioned
'Grizzly'.

Tour regular Gregg Satterlee of Rochester Mills, PA and South Park, PA's
Keith Barbara led the field to the green flag with Satterlee gaining the
edge and third starting John Britsky moving up into second. While
Satterlee led the early laps, Britsky, Barbara, and Boom Briggs all battled
for the runner-up spot. The race was slowed on lap nine when 2010 ASLMS
Rookie of the year contender John Garvin spun in turn one for the events
first caution. Racing resumed for one lap when Franklin, PA's Matt Lux
lost the handle in turn two and slammed hard into the outside retaining
wall. The violent hit sent Lux's brand new MastersBilt Chassis across the
backstretch leaving nowhere to go for 2010 ASLMS Rookie of the Year
Contender Darren Peters. Peters crashed hard into the driver's side of the
Lux machine sending Peters over on his roof to bring out the red flag on
the tenth circuit. Both drivers were sore after the collision but fine.

When the green flag dropped to restart the event, Boom got the whole-shot
over Satterlee while sixth starting Rob Blair following into the second
spot moving Satterlee back to third. Briggs' stint at the front wouldn't
last long as the well prepared track surface began to get wider. Blair
used the widening surface to his advantage putting his Rocket Chassis named
'The Blue Angel' on the outside and around Briggs for the lead on lap 13.
Briggs stayed right with 'The Titusville Terror' as they caught lapped
traffic. While Blair worked the lapped traffic, Briggs looked for an
opening. Boom's maneuvering opened the door for Satterlee to take a peek
for the second spot but Briggs was able to hold off the youngster. The
three leaders battled until the race was slowed again on lap 26.

Blair continued to lead as Britsky became involved in the tussle with
pressure on Satterlee for third. All the while, Britsky had to fight off
Barbara for fourth. The action was slowed again one lap later for the
event's fourth caution. During the restart, Barbara made his way around
Britsky for fourth as Blair continued to pull Briggs and Satterlee around
the track. One quick circuit later, Britsky pulled up lame coming out of
turn two and went pitside with a terrible vibration in the left rear of the
car, ending his night.

As the track continued to widen, Blair got stronger and began to pull away
from the other front runners as Keith Barbara tried to look under Satterlee
for third but he also pulled up lame coming out of turn two after popping a
motor. After two quick cautions on lap 34 and 38, Blair really began to
show his muscle by again pulling away from Briggs, Satterlee, Jared Hawkins
and Jared Miley until a caution on lap 47 that set up a three lap dash to
the finish. Blair got the jump on the restart and blasted his way to his
second ASLMS win of the season and third of his career. Briggs followed in
second with Satterlee third, Miley worked his way into fourth with Hawkins
falling to fifth in the final rundown. Greg Oakes finished sixth, Tim
Smith Jr. was seventh, Matt Gaston, Billy Dickson, and Bobby Stokes rounded
out the top ten.

O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Heads to Central PA Speedway for the 'Grizzly'‏
Pittsburgh, PA (5-20-10) - Jason Shank - All Star Championship Racing Inc.

As the month of May comes to a close, the O'Reilly All Star Late Model
Series will make their way into the Memorial Day weekend with a trip to Tim
Bainey's Central PA Speedway for the $5,000 to win 'Grizzly' on Saturday
and Sunday, May 29 & 30. The 'Grizzly' will be the first of two ASLMS
events to be held at CPS in 2010 with the $10,000 to win 'Yankee Doodle' 50
slated for the traditional Fourth of July weekend.

'I am personally a fan of two day events,' says CPS Director of Operations
Dan Bainey. 'It gives the fans two times the action and at a discounted
price. For the teams, they only have to make the trip once and they get to
race for some money both days. The whole atmosphere at the Big Bear has
been great and this year we're concentrating on giving the fans as much for
their money as we possibly can.'

Saturday night, May 29, will have the First ever 'Battle at the Big Bear'
king of the hill style racing added to the lineup. The Battle will be made
of the top 10 finishing Late Models from the Dash for Cash going head to
head. The 'Dash for Cash' will be a 10-lap event for the fastest 14 drivers
from the Victory Signs Time Trials presented by Fleming Design Solutions
with $500 going to the winner. Also added to the night for the non-dash
cars will be a 'Happy Half Hour' Practice session to help fine tune their
setups for Sunday's Heats and Main Event. 'We really want to make sure we
have a full plate of racing Saturday for the teams and the fans,' said Dan
Bainey. 'By adding the Battle and giving the teams an open practice it
adds more money to the pot and a whole lot of action for the fans. We are
going to try and give the fans an inside view from the pits. We're going
to have an extra announcer in the pit area interviewing drivers and crews
about the changing track conditions and how they are affecting the cars.
It definitely is outside the normal box of short track racing and from a
fan point of view it should be cool. The ticket prices are set pretty low
at $5 for the first day if you buy the two day pass, we should have a great
turnout.'

Drivers expected to be in attendance throughout the weekend include ASLMS
regulars such as current point leader Rob Blair, Boom Briggs, Rod Conley,
John Garvin Jr., Jared Hawkins, Dave Hess Jr., Matt Lux, Jared Miley, Greg
Oakes, Gregg Satterlee, and Darren Peters. Also anticipated on being in
action during the 'Grizzly' weekend include some of Central and Western
PAs finest like Keith Barbara, Denton Boyer, Chris Farrell, Alex Ferree,
John Flinner, Jeremy Miller, Tim Smith Jr., and Waylon Wagner to name a
few.

Central PA's pit gates will open at 3:00 p.m. on both days for the $5,000
to-win 'Grizzly' while the drivers meeting will be held at approximately
5:30 p.m. Hot laps are scheduled to begin around 6:00 p.m. and the Victory

Hess Jr. Hold Off Carrier for First Career OReilly All Star Late Model Win!‏
Millersburg, OH May 15, 2010 Jason Shank All Star Championship Racing
Inc.

Dave Hess Jr. of Waterford, PA has been some kind of hot to begin the 2010
season and that success has stuck with the young pilot as the OReilly All
Star Late Model Series gets into full swing. Hess held off the hard
charging Eddie Carrier Jr. and the 2009 ASLMS Champion Rob Blair to pick up
his first career ASLMS win at Hilltop Speedway in Millersburg, OH.

A packed house watched Lance Elson and Carrier Jr. led the talented 24-car
field to the green flag with Carrier jumping out to the early lead from his
outside starting position. Hess made his presence known early as he slide
under Elson to capture the second place position before the first lap was
complete.

The race slowed on lap 5 as Waterville, OHs Matt Miller slowed coming down
the front straightaway bringing out the first of two cautions. Carrier Jr.
led the Delaware Style restart with Hess Jr. and Blair in tow. Hess worked
the bottom side to perfection as he made his way around the Salt Rock
Express for the lead on lap 8. Meanwhile, the racing was as action packed
throughout the field as it was at the front. Gregg Satterlee, Jared Miley,
and Boom Briggs were battling three-wide for the seventh position as Hess
Jr. held off Carrier Jr. for the lead.

Hess and Carrier put on a show up front as Carrier stayed on Hesss rear
deck-lid throughout the event while Blair stayed right with the front two.
The action was plentiful before the second caution on lap 25 for Darren
Peters slowed the pace. The race went caution-free for the last 15 laps as
Carrier was unable to get around Hess as he held on for his first career
ASLMS win followed by Carrier in second, Blair in third, Tim Dohm came home
fourth in his first event since eye surgery, and Mike Knight was fifth.
Jared Miley finished sixth with Zack Dohm in seventh, Gregg Satterlee in
eighth, Boom Briggs was ninth, and Jared Hawkins rounded out the top ten.

'Titusville Terror' Survives 'Showdown in Sarvertown'‏
Sarver, PA - April 30, 2010 - Jason Shank - OReilly All Star Late Model
Series Director

A gorgeous day, a packed house and the O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series
greeted General Manager Gary Risch Jr. at Lernerville Speedway for the 2010
season opening 'Showdown in Sarvertown' in which 2009 ASLMS Champion Rob
Blair from Titusville, PA captured the $5,000 payday and the series point
lead.

York Haven, PA's Jason Covert and Davey Johnson from Latrobe, PA led the
stout 25 car field to the green flag with Johnson leading the first lap.
Sixth place starter Blair had already made his way into the second position
by lap three and worked under Johnson for the lead coming out of turn two
to take the lead on lap four. Blair led for the next 9 circuits as the
field battled behind him. On lap 13 Boom Briggs made his presence known
after making his way under the 2009 Champion to take the lead.

While Boom led, he would stretch his lead on Blair for a handful of laps
and then Blair would gain on Briggs for the next few laps. The two would
go back and forth while drivers like Dave Hess Jr., Waterford, PA, Jared
Miley, South Park, PA, Dick Barton, Asheville, NY, and Mike Knight, Ripley,
MY all made their way through the field and into the top ten from their
deep starting positions.

The action up front would intensify after a caution with 12 laps remaining.
Race leader Briggs had his hands full with Blair, Covert, and Hess Jr. all
over his rear deck-lid. Blair would make his way around the #99B Rocket
Chassis of Briggs as Hess Jr. followed Blair to move into second. Momentum
was a key factor on the ultra-fast Lernerville Speedway on this night and
whoever was able to make it 'stick' better coming out of turn four was the
one who led that lap.

Blair and Hess Jr. battled side by side for the lead with Hess Jr. being
credited with leading one lap. Covert and Briggs faded as the laps wound
down and Blair gained control of the event with three laps remaining to win
his first ASLMS event of the 2010 season and the second of his career.
Hess Jr. followed in second, with Covert third, Briggs fourth, and Miley
rounding out the top five. Dick Barton finished sixth followed by Mike
Knight, Alex Ferree, Jared Hawkins, and Greg Oakes finishing tenth.

O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series Drivers Honored at Awards Banquet‏
Pittsburgh, PA (March 1, 2010) - Jason Shank OReilly All Star Late Model Series Director

The OReilly All Star Late Model Series Inaugural Season has now officially come to an end as the ASLMS contingent of drivers were recognized and honored at the Days Inn and Conference Center in Butler, PA, the site of the ASLMS Awards Banquet. The banquet, held in conjunction with the Lernerville Speedway Awards Banquet, was a time to reflect on the 2009 season among peers and award the participants who supported the first year series.

The 2009 season went well, Series Director Jason Shank stated, it was definitely something we can build from. Were building something here that no one else is doing at the regional level. We offer the drivers almost $4,000 in appearance money per event. We have a Regional Series with National Talent and we pay cash to prove it. No one else is doing that at this level. Our Champion took home over $40,000 total in 2009, in just 15 races.

First of the ASLMS drivers to be honored was sixth place Jared Miley. We ran against a lot of good competition everywhere we went and all-in-all l thought it was a good season and a good experience for us. Miley said while accepting his award. I need to thank my team, mom, dad, my brother, my girlfriend for supporting me for a long time, and all of my sponsors.

Miley drives a Rocket Chassis with either a Broughers Machine Shop Racing Engine or a Cornett Lighting Racing Engine, and Hoosier Tires including sponsorship from Colussy Chevrolet / Brougher's Machine Shop / Red Miley's Miley Truck Rental / Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic / Miley BP Car Wash / Rocket Chassis and finished the season with 2,432 points, nine top-tens, three top-fives, one b-main win and one a-main win at Tim Baineys Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA.

Next to the podium was Jared Hawkins. We had a lot of fun this year but we, tore up a lot of stuff, Hawkins said with a laugh. We got to see a lot of new places and enjoyed racing with all the guys with the series and were definitely looking forward to 2010. I need to thank all the guys, my dad, and my mom for supplying all the food for the weekends.

Hawk drives a Rocket Chassis with a Cornett Lightning Racing Engine and Hoosier Racing Tires including sponsorship from Melvins Transmissions / Hawkins Wrecker Service / New England Truss & Joint and finished the season with 2,496 points, seven top-tens, two top-fives, one fast time and one heat race win.

Coleby Frye was then brought to the stage. Last year was a really good year for us, we had a lot of good runs but we were never able to seal the deal. I just got to thank my parents, Ron and Sandy Frye, without them none of this would be possible, Butch who has been helping us ever since I started racing and all of my sponsors. Coleby continued, Sadly though I wont be racing much during the 2010 season, I have an opportunity to go out on the road with Beitler Enterprises and help them run the World of Outlaws Late Model tour but I will run a bit of a limited schedule as time permits back home.

Superfly Coleby Frye drives a Rocket Chassis mounted on Integra Shocks with a Clements Racing Engine and Hoosier Racing Tires including sponsorship from Fryeco Inc. / TC Race Cars / Keystone Trailers / PA College of Technology / JNJ Motorsports Media / Epex Soft Pretzels while finishing the season with 2,500 points, five top-tens, four top-fives, one fast time, two heat race wins and one b-main win.

Rod Conley was called to the stage to accept his third place award. I wanted to congratulate Rob on his championship and let him know that some day Im going to get him, laughed Conley while on stage. I need to thank all my sponsors and my wife Jackie for putting up with all of this racing stuff.

Hot Rod drives a Rocket Chassis mounted on Ohlins Shocks with a Draime Racing Engine and Hoosier Race Tires including sponsorship from Conley Trucking / Rocket Chassis / Draime Racing Engines / American Metal Supply / Brown Sevices LLC and accumulated 2,552 points, six top-tens, three top-fives, one heat race win, one b-main win, and one a-main win at Hartford Motor Speedway in Hartford, MI.

Boom Briggs was second in the championship point standings but was forced to miss the banquet due to an emergency surgical procedure the day before. Cliff Brown from CJs Auto Transport, one of Booms major sponsors, accepted his awards on his behalf.

Boom drives a Rocket Chassis mounted on Ohlins Shocks with a Custom Racing Engine and American Racer Tires including sponsorship from Horton Equipment / Tony Spec Lumber / Meridian Hardwoods / Sorbera Family Chiropractic / CJ's Auto Transport / Briggs Transport / Sunset Dairy / Lias Tire / American Racer Tires and put up 2,688 points with nine top-tens, six top-fives, one fast time, four heat race wins, one b-main win, and three feature event wins at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA, KC Raceway in Chillicothe, OH, and Butler Motor Speedway in Butler MI.

Then it was Robbie Blairs turn to be honored as 2009 ASLMS Champion. I need the thank Guy (Webb) and the entire All Star staff for putting this deal together, said the soft spoken champion. I need to thank all of my sponsors, all the guys, and my wife.

The Titusville Terror drives a Rocket Chassis mounted on Genesis Shocks with a Draime Racing Engine and Hoosier Race Tires including sponsorship from Specialty Products / Bossards Auto / Maloney Tool & Mold / Chelby's Hair and Tanning Garage / Genesis Racing Shocks / Slavic Custom Racing Shirts & Decals while gaining 2,700 points, twelve top-tens, seven top fives, five heat race wins, one b-main win, and one a-main win at Tri-City Speedway in Franklin, PA

There will be a slight change in the event format for the series in 2010. Drivers will be split into two groups based on pill draw and will eliminate the heat race invert to start their heat races straight-up based off of qualifying time. The feature event re-draw will remain to set the lineup for each events A-Main.

2009 ASLMS Banquet Preview: Robbie Blair Steals Inaugural Championship!‏
Pittsburgh, PA (February 23, 2009) - Jason Shank OReilly All Star Late Model Series Director

Titusville, PAs Robbie Blair is no stranger to winning races and winning championships. Blair has over 100 career victories, five track championships, and now with winning the Inaugural OReilly All Star Late Model Series Championship, has three touring series titles under his belt. However, this championship, in his 25th Anniversary year, didnt come without a battle. We just wanted to stay consistent all year, Rob said from his shop in Titusville, PA. We put ourselves behind from the beginning and the only way we were going to climb back up the standings was to be consistent. And that is exactly what Blair did finishing outside of the top-ten just three times throughout the year.

The beginning of Robbies 2009 ASLMS season started with a 22nd place finish at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA. That finish put Blair in a hole that he had to fight all season to dig himself out of. With Boom Briggs winning on opening night at Lernerville and also the following night at KC Raceway in Chillicothe, OH, coupled with Robs tenth place finish, the gap between himself and Boom was a distant 76 points.

Robs brilliant climb to the top of the standings began when the series stopped at Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA. Blair led the first 30 laps of the 40-lap Lee Stultz Memorial before being overtaken by eventual race winner Jamie Lathroum with 10 laps remaining. Blair would cross the finish line in third setting up his season long charge to the championship. Rob finished 11th in the tours second trip to KC Raceway before going on a string of having 11 top-ten finishes out of the remaining 12 ASLMS events. The surge started at Tim Baineys Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA with a solid sixth place finish.

The series then made their way to Hartford Motor Speedway in Hartford, MI where Rob may have saved his season. While being in contention for the lead with fellow ASLMS regular Rod Conley, a lap 17 caution slowed the pace with Blair leading the pack. But during the caution period Blairs left rear tire went flat sending him pit side. Robbie rejoined the field and methodically worked his way back through the field to finish fifth and closing the point gap to 34 points. Blair followed that fifth place finish with another fifth place finish the following night at Butler Motor Speedway in Butler, MI.

Blairs hot streak continued as the series visited his home track, Tri-City Speedway in Franklin, PA. Rob would hold off a hard charging David Scott, who was subbing for the injured Billy Henry, and Chub Frank to capture his first OReilly All Star Late Model Series win. The Titusville Terror would follow his win up with a sixth place finish at Middlebourne, WVs Tyler County Speedway and a strong second place finish in the series return to Central PA Speedway. The point difference between leader Briggs and second place Blair was 30 points heading into the tours trip into the state of Indiana.

The first night in Indiana was a stop at Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN and was the only time Rob would finish outside of the top-ten the rest of the season. His 14th place finish was his worst since his 11th place finish at KC on Memorial Day weekend. Robbie righted the ship the following night at Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, IN with a seventh place finish. With only three events left on the ASLMS schedule, Blair was a mere 26 points behind Briggs.

Rob continued to gain valuable points with a fourth place finish at Lernerville Speedway and a third place finish at KC Raceway before the huge $20,000 to-win Classic at KC Raceway ended the season. The point differential was just six points going into the Classic and Blairs weekend got off to a fantastic start after he won his heat race and he drew the number two for the A-Main redraw. Rob started the 100-lap feature event on the outside pole and ran a smooth clean race to finish tenth while Briggs was scored with a 19th place finish giving Robbie the 2009 ASLMS Championship by only 12 points.

We went into that last race at KC with one objective, win the championship, Blair quipped. I just wanted to run a clean race and stay out of trouble. I knew Boom was starting in the back so he was really going to have to bust his tail to get up front. Blair continued, I seen him dip into the infield a few times under caution for tires so I knew he was still towards the back. I just tried to stay out of trouble and finish in front of him.

Rob as well as the rest of the OReilly All Star Late Model Series contingent will be honored Saturday, February 27th at the OReilly All Star Late Model Series Banquet, to be held in conjunction with the Lernerville Speedway Awards Banquet, at the Days Inn and Conference Center in Butler, PA. Doors will open at 5:30pm while the all you can eat buffet dinner will begin at 6:00pm. The price of the banquet is $35, with free soft drinks and beer provided. There will be a cash bar for liquor. The Days Inn will give you a discounted room with two double beds at $62 or a king bed at $67 if you make reservations by calling (724) 287-6761. Just mention the Lernerville Banquet!

2009 ASLMS Banquet Preview: Boom Briggs Shatters Expectations!‏
Pittsburgh, PA (February 18, 2009) - Jason Shank OReilly All Star Late Model Series Director

At the beginning of the 2009 racing season, Rick Boom Briggs had in his mind that he was going to race locally and travel on occasion with whatever group or series that was reasonably close to his home town of Bear Lake, Pennsylvania. But after a memorable Inaugural OReilly All Star Late Model Series weekend in April, his 2009 plans changed.

After sweeping the OReilly All Star Late Model Series Inaugural weekend at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA and KC Raceway in Chillicothe, OH, Briggs decided to buy a two-car hauler and stick with the tour. With being the only series out there besides the two national series to offer show-up money to the drivers, we felt it was the best thing for us to do, winning the first two shows sure did help though, Boom said with a smile.

After he swept the tours opening weekend, the series visited Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA. Briggs ran into a bit of trouble in his heat race and was forced to start at the tail of the 40-lap feature event. Boom finished 18th to carry a 34 point edge going into the series second stop at Jeff Schraders KC Raceway. Briggs showed his muscle rallying from his 13th starting spot to finish third behind Eddie Carrier and R.J. Conley. Another strong seventh place finish at Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA stretched Booms point lead to 54 points over youngster Coleby Frye.

Hartford Motor Speedway in Hartford, MI was the tours next stop and an 18th place finish was not what Briggs had hoped for to start the Michigan trip. However, Booms weekend quickly turned from sour to sweet as he passed Rod Conley with ten laps remaining to pick up the win at Butler Motor Speedway in Butler, MI, his third win of the season. Briggs followed the in with a strong fourth place finish at Franklin, PAs Tri-City Speedway but finished behind race winner Rob Blair who was now second in the championship point standings and starting to close the gap between himself and Boom. Briggs stayed consistent with a seventh place finish at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, WV, but once again finished behind Blair, who was now only 34 points behind.

The series made their second stop at Tim Baineys Central PA Speedway where Boom had his most adventurous night in ASLMS competition of the year. Briggs had a flat tire with 19 laps remaining in the 50-lap feature while running in the top-ten but had one of the fastest cars on the speedway. Boom returned at the tail of the field and battled his way up to a fourth place finish to salvage some much needed points as Blair once again beat Briggs to the stripe with a second place finish. Booms point lead was now 30 points heading into the series trek into the state of Indiana as they visited Twin Cities Speedway in North Vernon, IN and Lawrenceburg, IN. Finishes of 11th and 12th respectively, closed the championship gap to 26 points with only three events remaining.

General Manager Gary Risch Jr. welcomed the ASLMS back to Lernerville Speedway for their second visit of the year, where Boom won the series opening event. A tenth place finish by Briggs and a fourth place finish by Blair cut the point lead to 14 going into the final two events, both at KC Raceway in Chillicothe, OH. Blair was again extremely consistent with a finish of third in the next to last event of the year while Boom came home a quiet seventh leaving the point differential six points heading into the $20,000 to-win Classic. Booms Classic weekend got off to a rough start with a seventh place finish in his heat putting him in a B-Main. Briggs seemed to have figured things out in the B-Main as he made his way trough the field to finish third and transfer to the 100-lap main event. However, Blair won his heat and was starting the main event at the front of the pack. Boom was never able to get into a solid rhythm in the feature and finished 19th while Blair finished tenth, good enough to steal the ASLMS Championship from Briggs by a mere 12 points.

If I had to lose to anyone, Im glad it was Robbie, Briggs commented. Hes such a good point racer and I knew hed be consistent throughout the season. I thought after our fourth place run at Clearfield we were going to really have a shot at the championship but the way Robbie finished the yearIm just glad we had a shot at it on that final weekend, Boom continued. To be that close and to lose is heartbreaking but at the same time we are extremely proud of what we accomplished with the All Stars. Ive only been driving for five years and to finish second in points is a heck of an accomplishment.

2009 ASLMS Banquet Preview: Hot Rod Conley Battles through 2009 Season‏
Pittsburgh, PA (February 11, 2009) - Jason Shank OReilly All Star Late Model Series Director

After staying close to home in 2008, Rod Conley, Wheelersburg, OH, was chomping at the bit when it was announced that the OReilly All Star Late Model Series was being formed. Its been a long time since we had a regional series that paid appearance money, Conley said at the beginning of the 2009 season. When I heard the All Stars were offering the tow package and the guaranteed point fund, the decision to run the tour was made up for me. We were excited to learn that Rod was going to follow the tour in 2009, Series Director Jason Shank said, Rod was a fixture with the old Renegade Series and spent a few years with the MACS (Mid-Atlantic Championship Series) and with the races he has one in the past including the Hillbilly 100, he brought in some experience to go along with our talented group of younger drivers.

Rods 2009 ASLMS season got off to a solid start at the Series first event at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver , PA where Conley captured his first top-ten finish as he was scored ninth in the final rundown. The following night at Jeff Schraders KC Raceway in Chillicothe , OH was not as kind to the Ohio veteran. A 24th place finish at KC and a 19th place finish at the tours next event at Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA left Hot Rod almost 100 points out of first in the championship standings. When the series returned to KC for the second of four events at the Chillicothe half-mile, Conley started to right the ship with a 12th place finish and followed that up with a 13th place finish at the $7,000 to win Grizzly at Tim Baineys Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA. Rod was fifth in points heading into what turned out to be his most productive weekend of the season.

Conley wasnt looking forward to the tours weekend in the state of Michigan , notably Hartford Motor Speedway in Hartford , MI . Ive never been there before but from what I hear, its a big hammer-down place, Im not too good at those big tracks, Rod stated before the trip. Fortunately for Conley, he was willing to eat his words as he held off a hard charging Matt Miller and Jared Miley to claim the $5,000 victory at a place he felt he wouldnt have much success. Hot Rod continued to stay hot the next night at Butler Motor Speedway in Butler, MI with a third place finish after leading for 11 laps in the middle portion of the event. When the Michigan weekend was over, Rod moved up to fourth in points, only 20 points out of third.

The series returned to Pennsylvania as they visited Tri-City Speedway in Franklin, PA and Conley continued his string of top-ten runs with a tenth place finish. A 14th place finish at Middlebourne , WV s Tyler County Speedway paved the way for a return to Central PA Speedway for the $10,000 to win Yankee Doodle. Hot Rod captured a solid ninth place finish before going on a string of finishes outside of the top-ten. Finishes of 17th at Twin Cities Speedway in North Vernon, IN, 19th at Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, IN and a 15th at Lernerville Speedway, put Rod almost 60 points out of third in the championship point standings and virtually out of championship contention. Conley rebounded with a fourth place finish at KC Raceway moving him up to third in championship points going into the tours final event of the season, also at KC Raceway. The $20,000 to win Classic at KC Raceway closed the 2009 ASLMS season where Rod finished 15th to lock him into the third spot in the final championship point standings.

2009 ASLMS Banquet Preview: "Superfly" Coleby Frye Poised for Championship Run in 2010!‏
Pittsburgh, PA (February 3, 2009) - Jason Shank OReilly All Star Late Model Series Director

The 2008 Mid-Atlantic Championship Series Rookie of the Year, Coleby Frye from Dover, PA hit the road with the OReilly All Star Late Model Series in 2009 and despite running a limited schedule outside of the ASLMS tour, finished the 2009 ASLMS season fourth in championship points.

I was trying to finish up college throughout the summer so our racing program kind of suffered from it a little bit, Coleby said about his 2009 season, We didnt race as much as we would have liked so we really never got any sort of roll. The season started pretty good for us. We ran well early in the year and thought we were going to be able to contend for the All Star Championship, but as the season went on, everyone else improved and we didnt. We just didnt race enough in 2009. Frye graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, with a degree in welding, in December and was also a student-athlete. He was a member of the Penn College soccer team where he was honored by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), as an All American Honorable Mention.

With school and the 2009 season behind him, Coleby can now completely focus on his racing program in 2010 and put forth an all out assault on trying to capture the coveted 2010 OReilly All Star Late Model Series Championship. Were coming out in 2010 with a little bit of a new look and a whole different attitude, Frye said.

With Superfly being his moniker, Super is what he was as the season opened up at Sarver, PAs Lernerville Speedway. A heat race win and a fourth place finish in the 50-lap feature got the season off to a hot start for Frye as he prepared for his first ever visit to KC Raceway the next night. After claiming a win in one of the B-Mains, Coleby battled his way to an 11th place finish at the Chillicothe, OH half-mile and came out of the seasons opening weekend third in championship points.

The tours next stop was at Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA for the Lee Stultz Memorial. Frye used a series provisional to start the 40-lap feature event and frequently used the high side of the speedway to work his way up to a 14th place finish and up into second in the championship point standings. The series returned to Jeff Schraders KC Raceway where Coleby again had to use a series provisional to start the A-Main. Fryes string of coming up through the field slowed as he was only able to muster an 18th place finish which dropped him to third in the standings.

One of the most exciting nights for the Dover, PA throttle jockey came at the series first trip to Tim Baineys Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA. After winning his heat race and drawing the eighth starting spot for the A-Main, Coleby blasted by race leader Tim Smith Jr. on lap eleven. Superfly was challenged slightly in the middle of the event but otherwise dominated the 50-lap finale until a lap 44 caution negated his sizable lead on Jared Miley. On lap after the event restarted, Miley got by Frye for the lead and the win while Coleby collected his best finish of the ASLMS season crossing the line second. The second place finish also catapulted Frye back up to second in ASLMS points.

Then the series made their way to Hartford Motor Speedway in Hartford, MI. Bad luck struck as Fryes motor let loose while running in the second position leaving him with a disappointing 24th place finish. Coleby recovered nicely the following night at Butler Motor Speedway in Butler, MI with a solid ninth place finish however, Frye went into the Michigan weekend second in points but came out fifth heading to the next stop on the tour, Tri-City Speedway in Franklin, PA. Colebys unfortunate luck continued as he finished 19th and even further back in the point battle. Things turned around for Superfly at the Eaton Childers Memorial at Middlebourne, WVs Tyler County Speedway. Coleby used the ultra low line at The Bullring to an impressive second place finish from his 11th starting position, matching his best ASLMS finish of the season. The second place run left Frye only two points behind Rod Conley for fourth.

Coleby, as well as the series returned to Central PA Speedway where Frye grabbed his first second place finish of the year. Colebys return wasnt as glamorous as his first trip as a flat tire in the A-Main sidelined him with a 19th place finish after Frye set a new track record in qualifying. That began a trend of finishing outside the top 10 in five of the last six races of the ASLMS season. A 23rd place finish at Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN preceded Colebys last top five finish of the year which came at the Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, IN. Superfly finished 21st at the series second trip to Lernerville Speedway, 11th at KC Raceway to move him past Jared Miley in the season standings, and finished the season with a 26th place finish at the Classic at KC Raceway to finish the 2009 ASLMS season fourth in points.

Coleby is definitely an up-and-comer in our sport and will certainly win some races at this level, Series Director Jason Shank stated. Now that Frye is out of school and can really dedicate himself to his racing program, their team has the potential to grow into one of the dominant teams in the Pennsylvania area. He has shown flashes of greatness not only with us but at other events in the area and should be in contention for the ASLMS title in 2010.

2009 ASLMS Banquet Preview: Jared Hawkins Gains Valuable Experience

Pittsburgh, PA (January 27, 2009) - Jason Shank OReilly All Star Late Model Series Director

Jared Hawkins out of Fairmont, WV had what some would say an, up and down season with the OReilly All Star Late Model Series on his way to finishing the season fifth in the Championship Point Standings.

The soft spoken young man that also answers to Hawk turned some heads during the 2009 season with some pretty solid finishes against some very good competition throughout the year. Hawk claimed seven top-ten finishes en route to his top-five finish in the standings.

The 2009 season kicked off at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA where Jareds season would get off to a rocky start. A DNF put Hawkins behind the eight-ball early but a solid seventh place finish the next night at Schraders KC Raceway in Chillicothe, OH moved Jared all the way up to sixth in All Star points to pave the way to the next series event at Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA. A disappointing 22nd place finish at the Virginia oval fortunately kept Hawkins within striking range of the top-five in points as the series prepared for their second visit to KC Raceway.

The Chillicothe, OH speed plant seemed to be a place of redemption for Hawk as he came home with a sixth place finish to jump up to fourth place in the season standings. It seemed as if Jared was poised to make some noise with the series after his run at KC, Series Director Jason Shank stated, he had moved up to fourth in the standings and seemed to have a lot of confidence going into the Grizzly at Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA. But Jareds trend of one disappointing finish followed by a good finish continued with some bad luck. Hawkins was caught with no where to go during his heat race destroying his Rocket Chassis and sidelining him for the night. For the first and only time of the season, Jared did not qualify for the feature event dropping him back down to sixth in the championship point standings.

Jareds unfortunate luck continued when the series traveled into the state of Michigan for events at Hartford Motor Speedway in Hartford, MI and Butler Motor Speedway in Butler, MI . Jared drew the pole position for the 40-lap feature event at Hartford but lost the handle of his mount on a restart of an early caution, collected a slew of other drivers and was scored with a 22nd place finish. The roller coaster ride continued for Hawk at Butler Motor Speedway where finished sixth to start a pretty good string of finishes over the next seven races.

Hawk followed his sixth place finish at Butler with a decent 12th place run at Tri-City Speedway in Franklin, PA and then it was on to one of Jareds favorite places to race, Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, WV. Tyler County is where Jared cut his teeth and where he not only had hopes for a good finish, but knew he could contend for a win. And contend he did as he battled with fellow All Stars Jared Miley and Coleby Frye for positions two through four from his ninth place starting position. Hawkins crossed the line fifth when the checkered flag fell to garner his best finish with the series up to that point. The series then made their way back to Central PA Speedway for the $10,000 to win Yankee Doodle, the place where earlier in the year; Hawk was unable to compete in the 50-lap feature. Jared got a bit of revenge on the speedway as he finished 12th in the A-Main.

Then came the weekend the series visited Indiana, the weekend Hawkins really let it all hang out and proved himself to be a force to be reckoned with. The trip started at Twin Cities Speedway in North Vernon, IN where Jared claimed a seventh place finish before the series stop at the immaculate Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, IN, just outside of Cincinnati, OH . Hawkins qualified fourth fastest during the SpeedWrapz Time Trials and finished second in his heat race before finishing a season best third behind race winner Chub Frank and runner-up Darrell Lanigan.

The series then returned to the ultra competitive Lernerville Speedway where Hawk captured a 14th place finish before the series returned to KC Raceway where Jared had already chalked up two top-ten finishes. Hawkins continued to be good at the Jeff Schrader owned facility grabbing an eighth place finish which was good enough to move him up to fifth in the championship standings and only four points behind Coleby Frye for fourth. That set up the tours final event of the season at KC Raceways $20,000 to win Classic. The weekend got of to an unfortunate start for Hawkins as after qualifying his Cornett Lighting Racing Engine would not fire for his heat race. Luckily, Jared was eligible for a series provisional and was able to start the 100-lap feature event. He started the event but pulled off the racing surface early in the event to collect a 25th place finish and solidify the fifth position in All Star Points.

2009 ASLMS Banquet Preview: Jared Miley Solid in First Year on the Road‏

Pittsburgh, PA (January 19, 2009) - Jason Shank OReilly All Star Late Model Series Director

Jared Miley of South Park, PA cut his teeth in Western PA at facilities like Pittsburghs PA Motor Speedway in Imperial, PA, where he won two Late Model division championships, and Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA for the past five years and decided in 2009 that he would follow the OReilly All Star Late Model Series in their inaugural season.

Jareds 2009 ASLMS season started off at the very familiar Lernerville Speedway where Miley finessed his way to a respectable eighth place finish in the A-Main putting him eighth in championship points. The next night at Schraders K-C Raceway in Chillicothe, OH wasnt as kind to Miley as he had to transfer to the A-Main through the B-Main but was unable to finish the feature event and was scored with a 22nd place finish.

The Series next trip was to Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA and it was unfortunately another bad night for the Jared Miley Racing (JMR) team. Again Jared used a B-Main to get into the nights main event and came home with a 20th place finish. Mileys perfect attendance had him fourth in the All Star Points going into the tours second trip to K-C Raceway. Jared bettered himself on this visit as he crossed the line tenth in the final rundown setting up a run of eight straight top-ten finishes.

The highlight of Mileys All Star season came at Central PA Speedway in Clearfield, PA where Miley finished fourth in his heat putting Jared in the 15th starting position for the Grizzly. Miley battled The Big Bear for 45 laps before a lap 44 caution put him on the bumper of race leader Coleby Frye. Jared made his move on Frye on the 45th circuit to take the lead and cruise to his first career All Star win and a crisp $7,000 payday. Jared continued to stay hot throughout the Series trek to the state of Michigan with a third place finish at Hartford Motor Speedway in Hartford, MI and a seventh place finish at Butler Motor Speedway in Butler, MI. The hot streak moved Miley up to third in All Star Points, just ten points out of second.

Miley continued to pick up valuable points at Tri-City Speedway in Franklin, PA with a ninth place finish and then it was back into the top-five for Jared with a third place finish at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, WV. Mechanical woes during Mileys return to Central PA Speedway wasnt enough to stop Jareds string of consecutive top-tens as he borrowed a car from fellow racer Benny Gordon to finish tenth in the annual Yankee Doodle. Miley followed that up with another tenth place finish at Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN. Jareds run of consecutive top-ten finishes came to an end at Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, IN with a 14th place finish. However, Miley was positioned solidly into the third position in the season point standings sandwiched between Rob Blair of Titusville, PA and Rod Conley of Wheelersburg, OH with only three events remaining.

The tour returned to Lernerville Speedway for the Dual in the Dirt, a co-sanctioned show featuring the OReilly All Star Late Models and the OReilly All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars. After some bad luck early in the night, Jared came through the B-Main to finish 16th but missed the Series next event at Schraders K-C Raceway dropping him from third in championship points to sixth. After a 13th place finish at the Dirt Track World Cup Classic at K-C Raceway, Miley was unable to overcome the lost points from missing that one event and finished the season sixth in All Star Points.

I've been watching Jared since he climbed into a race car at Pittsburgh's PA Motor Speedway and have watched him grow into one of the rising stars of Dirt Late Model Racing, proclaimed Series Director Jason Shank. When he called me last season to tell me he was running the whole O'Reilly All Star Late Model Series I was extremely excited to be picking up such a young talent to go along with our talented crop of veterans such as Rob Blair, Rick 'Boom' Briggs, and Rod Conley, and our other vibrant youngsters like Jared Hawkins and Coleby Frye. Jared is not only one of the young up-and-comers in Dirt Late Model racing but he's also one of the 'good guys' of the sport, continued Shank. He's a good kid, albeit a quiet kid, and will be very good for the sport with his personable but quiet personality and his rugged, aggressive style on the race track. He's a crowd pleaser and will be one for a long time.
