took about 5 minutes total to put it in from the email....first I saved video from email to my pictures, then inserted it here and hyperlinked the video icon and the word sample back to the video....saved it .... then went back and deleted the icon....
sounds more difficult than it is....

notes for me....so I remember what I did....internet explorer

save VCD to 'my pictures'

open page, open Microsoft Front Page, insert video using .....insert, pictures, video (from my pictures)....write down name of video...

type in title link  ex. (Fast Joe and Chris Burton 06-01-07) ( don't forget to add    .mpg  ) and then hyperlink to the video which should be on the site and in the 'open file' list....( include the icon for the video).......then delete icon later....
