Due to severe limitations on racenut's tiny brain and time, Torri has stepped up to the plate to offer a helping hand....Thanks Torri!!

Racenut decided that its time to get some ‘young blood’ on the Website.   So how better to do that then to get someone half his age. So here is a little about me; I just turned 20 in august. I go to college at Parkland College and I study fire service, in hope of becoming a fire investigator.  Unlike Racenut, people know me by Torri not my alias of igoracing from 4m. My home track is Farmer City and has been for the three years that I have been going to the races.  I have also been to Kankakee, LaSalle, Fairbury, Macon, Spoon River, Terre Haute and Danville. I have many favorite drivers but you will be able to tell soon.  So I think I will start my ‘ramblings’ with telling about my first race and then see where I go from there..

It was two months into racing season when my buddy dragged me to the track at Farmer City.  It was the 2nd of June, Twin 30s nite.  Some big names were there but I didn’t know any of them, except Kevin Weaver. The b12 powered to the fast time of the nite. Billy Drake won the dash. Then Kevin Weaver won the 1st feature of the nite. Then the 2nd feature rolled up won by Joe Ross Jr. and from then on I decided Joe Ross Jr. was my favorite driver. I finally got the pleasure to meet him, which made me more of a fan. Steve Hillard got second in that race and with him sparking along the wall all nite, made me notice, I’m a big fan of his too.  After the races I went to the pits and saw the drivers but then was too shy to talk to them.

But after that nite, I knew where I was going to be on Friday nites.
