Odds on favorite may be the current points leader and 2009 race winner Jason Meyers. He leads the series in wins so far for the 2010 season and has finished in the Top-10 in every race.

Another top pick is none other than the “King of Outlaws” Steve Kinser who has 20, yes 20, World of Outlaw Championships under his belt. Danny Lasoski currently sits sixth in points standings and was the winner at Paducah International Raceway in 2007 where he came from the 15th starting spot to pick up the win. The 2008 race winner, Craig Dollansky will also be looking for his second A-Feature win this Friday at PIR.

Veteran driver Jason Sides, reigning Rookie of the Year Brian Ellenberger, and other rising stars such as Kraig Kinser, Tim Kaeding, Sam Hafertepe, Jr., Lucas Wolfe, and 2010 World of Outlaw Rookie of the Year contenders, Ben Gregg and Toni Lutar round out the card for this event.

Weekly racing favorites in action this Friday include the UMP Pro (Crate) Late Models, headlined by track Champion and current points leader Tait Davenport; UMP Modifieds headlined by track Champion Todd Miller and current points leader Justin Houston; and the UMP Street Stocks headlined by current Track Champion and current points leader JR Mason.

Pit Gates open at 3:00 PM and Grandstands open at 5:00 PM. Hot Laps are at 6:15 PM with Qualifying at 6:30 PM. Racing begins at 7:00 PM.
Don’t miss your only chance to see the best of the best when the World of Outlaws make their only appearance at Paducah International Raceway for the 2010 season. Also see PIR’s best of the best in action this Friday night.
